The case of 58-year-old male patient who is a resident of West Champaran, Bihar, reported to Life Care Hospital, Gorakhpur, for treatment on 29-04-2026 due to the occurrence of prolonged pain and inability of hands, even after previous surgical procedure done elsewhere. This was diagnosed by Dr. Yashwardhan Jaiswal through investigations that revealed compression of nerves along with bony changes. After informed consent, the patient chose to go for a surgical procedure, aided by benefits under Ayushman card. The surgery was conducted on 01-05-2026, where implants were removed, fractured area was debridement and reduction done along with its stabilization through Dynamic Compression Plates along with bone graft from iliac crest. Anesthetic records and OT record were documented properly. The patient was then discharged on 04-05-2026 along with medication like Mega CV 625 MG, Zacy SP, Aciloc 150 MG, and Becosule.
